1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DealFlows ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. DealFlows is a product designed for Indian SMEs to manage quotations, payments, and business workflows.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Fair Use and Trial Policy

DealFlows provides a free trial period to allow prospective customers to evaluate the service. To maintain the sustainability of our business and ensure fair access for all users, we enforce a strict Fair Use Policy.

Anti-Abuse Clause

Users are strictly prohibited from creating multiple accounts using different email addresses or identities to exploit the free trial or any promotional offers. Any attempt to bypass trial limitations through automated scripts, temporary email services, or identity masking is a violation of these terms.

Consequences of Abuse

If we detect patterns of abuse, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate all associated accounts without notice and blacklist the offending entity from future use of the Service. We may also recover any platform fees or costs incurred due to such abuse.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use automated systems (bots, spiders, scrapers) to access the Service for any purpose without express permission.
  • Submit false or misleading information in quotations or invoices.
  • Use the Service for any illegal activities or to facilitate transactions involving prohibited goods/services under Indian Law.
  • Interfere with the proper working of the Service or bypass any security measures.

5. Fees and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance. DealFlows currently offers 0% commission on UPI collections, but we reserve the right to introduce or modify platform fees with prior notice. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability

DealFlows provides the platform "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of business profit or data.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
